Shipping policy
Foran Forge ships for KENNETH FORAN GT INC from 252 S Main St, Slippery Rock, PA 16057. USPS only. United States only. No pickup at that address. No local delivery in Slippery Rock or anywhere else.
Processing
We process and hand the package to USPS in 1–3 business days. Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. federal holidays do not count.
The cutoff is 3:00 PM EST. An order placed at 3:00 PM or earlier on a business day enters that day’s queue. An order placed after 3:00 PM EST moves to the next business day. Friday after 3:00 PM EST waits until Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, in which case it waits until the next open business day.
Where we ship
We ship to the 50 U.S. states. We do not accept international checkouts.
We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, Japan, China, or any other country outside the United States. We also do not ship to U.S. territories outside the 50 states, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Estimated transit time
Transit below is estimated, counted in business days after USPS has the package. It is not a promised delivery date. Weather, USPS volume, and the destination ZIP code change the actual number.
From Slippery Rock, PA 16057:
Northern and nearby states (Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and nearby Midwest, including PA, NY, NJ, OH, WV, MD, DE, DC, VA, and New England): estimated 2–5 business days in transit.
Southern states (Southeast and South Central, including NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, TN, KY, LA, AR, OK, and TX): estimated 4–8 business days in transit.
Mountain and Pacific states: estimated 5–10 business days in transit.
Alaska and Hawaii: estimated 7–14 business days in transit.
Estimated arrival is processing (1–3 business days) plus the transit range for that part of the country. Example: an order placed Tuesday at 1:00 PM EST, processed Wednesday, going to New Jersey is estimated to land about 2–5 business days after that Wednesday scan. The same order going to Florida is estimated at 4–8 business days after the scan. Those are estimates only.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $9.00 USD on orders totaling $0.01 to $80.00. That $9.00 is the rate at checkout for that order range. We do not offer a second paid speed. We do not offer free shipping on the $0.01–$80.00 range.
If your cart is over $80.00, standard USPS shipping is still $9.00 unless the checkout screen shows a different number. Match the checkout. If checkout and this page ever disagree, the checkout number is the one you pay.
Tax
The prices on the product pages do not include sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the tax rules that apply to that address. Pennsylvania orders are taxed when Pennsylvania law requires it. Other states are taxed when collection is required. We do not bake a flat tax into the item price.
Carrier and tracking
USPS is the carrier. We do not hand packages to UPS, FedEx, DHL, or a local courier.
After USPS takes the package, we put the tracking number in the shipment email and in your Foran Forge account under the order. Track it on USPS.com with that number. If the email is missing, check spam, then the account. If both are empty one full business day after the shipment email should have gone out, write service@foranforge.com with the order number.
Where we will not ship
No international orders. Checkout addresses outside the 50 U.S. states are not accepted.
We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Brazil, or any other country. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands.
We do not hold packages at 252 S Main St for pickup. We do not run local delivery in Slippery Rock or anywhere else. If you live on Main Street, you still order on the site and wait for USPS.
Delays
USPS holidays, storms, and supplier shortfalls push a label later than the 1–3 business day processing window. When that happens we email the address on the order. Transit after the first USPS scan is still estimated, not fixed.
Lost or damaged packages
If the package is gone or the belt arrives wrecked, email service@foranforge.com within 14 days of the delivery scan, or within 14 days of the last USPS scan if it never shows delivered. After 14 days we do not open a claim on that order. Photos of the damage and the box help. We handle the claim from that inbox, not from a walk-up at the Main Street address.
